When using the Product Catalog to customize items we suggest using a transparent .PNG file over a .JPEG and cropping the image as tight as possible around the artwork. This will make it easier to re-size your logo.
Once you upload your artwork file, if it takes up the whole mock-up builder, click on your logo. You'll see three buttons below the product. Choose the far left one, titled Transform.
Three slider bars will pop up, the top one will adjust the size of your artwork file, make sure you click on the logo and not the background image or you will re-size the actual product image. Slide the top bar to the left to make your logo smaller.
Once you have the logo fully in the mock-up viewer, you can also adjust its size with the two-arrow button located at the bottom right of your artwork.
If you are receiving an error message when uploading your logo, be sure to follow the below sizing/file restrictions:
Customizer preferred file type: PNG or JPEG
Resolution: 300 DPI
Sizing:
Min Width: 100 pixels Max Width: 1500 pixels
Min Height: 50 pixels Max Height: 1500 pixels
