Follow the instructions below to learn how to change your password or reset it.
First, ensure you're logged out. If you're unsure whether you are or not, click here to completely sign out.
Next, request a password reset. Head to this link and enter your email.
You will receive an email with a 'Reset Password' button in it.
If the email does not appear in your inbox after a couple of minutes, please check your spam folder.
Click the reset button in the email and enter in a new password. Passwords must have 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. (!@#$%^&*)
If you get the error "Invalid Reset Token" after you enter your new password, ensure that you're completely logged out of your account first.
Please note, the password reset link can only be used once and is only valid for 24 hours.
Change Password While Logged In
If you're logged into your account but want to change your password, follow these steps.
Head here and click on the Account tab. Input a new password under this section and hit save. Keep in mind that passwords must be 8 characters long, have 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. (!@#$%^&*).
