Any mistaken future recurring donations on WinRed can be edited, paused, or canceled.
Edit, Pause, or Cancel a Recurring Donation
After you contribute on WinRed, you will receive an email from confirmation@winred.com confirming the donation amount and whether you have opted into a recurring donation.
In this email, if you opted into a recurring donation, the following line will appear: You've opted to make your donation recur on an interval basis. You can cancel your recurring donation at any time here.
Click on the here link at the end of this sentence, and the following menu will appear.
You can manage your recurring donation here and choose from any of the four options:
Keep Current Subscription
Pause For One Interval
Change Frequency
Cancel Subscription

Keep Current Subscription
This option lets you keep your current subscription without any changes. To maintain your existing recurring donation, click this option and then press the green Keep Current Subscription button to confirm.
Pause for One Interval
The pause option allows you to pause your existing recurring donation for one interval. If your donation was made on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, you will be able to pause it for that period. To pause your existing recurring donation, click this option and then press the green Pause for One Interval button to confirm.
After the subscription is paused, the following confirmation message will appear.
Change Frequency
The change frequency option allows you to adjust the frequency of your recurring donation. You can choose to set your donation to occur on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. To modify your frequency, click on the option, select the new frequency, and then click the green Change Frequency button to confirm your selection.
The following confirmation email will then be visible, and you will also receive an email confirming the frequency change.
Cancel Subscription
The cancel subscription option allows you to stop your recurring donation from continuing in the future. To cancel your subscription, click on the option and select the green Cancel Subscription button to confirm your choice.
The confirmation message will be displayed, and the recurring donation will not recur in the future.
Other Ways to Cancel a Recurring Subscription
If You Have a WinRed Account
Log in to your account at https://app.winred.com/profile and select the Subscriptions tab on your WinRed profile.
This tab will display all current recurring Subscriptions. To cancel, click the ... icon on the right-hand side of your subscription and click Cancel.
You will then be taken to a confirmation page. If you're sure you want to cancel your subscription, click the Cancel Subscription button. Once you click this button, your recurring donation will be canceled, and you will not be charged for the next upcoming charge period.

If you made a recurring donation without logging into a donor account, you can cancel the subscription by filling out the form at https://winred.com/support/ or by emailing us at donations@winred.com.
