A Payout is a transfer of funds from WinRed to your committee. By default, WinRed creates a Payout for each day your committee has a transaction (donations, refunds, and disputes). This payout batches the transactions for that day and then automatically transfers the funds to your bank account via ACH about 2-3 business days later.
Schedule Payouts
Payouts are scheduled to be nightly by default, but you can change your Payout Schedule to fit your needs.
Head to your Settings by clicking the WinRed shield at the top-right corner and clicking Settings in the drop down menu.
Go to the Bank Account tab. Here you'll find the option to select your Payout Schedule.
Conduit accounts can set their payout schedule to either Nightly, Every Monday, or Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
Merchant accounts can choose either Nightly or Every Monday.
If you've set your schedule to be Monday, Wednesday Friday; or Every Monday, you can also manually trigger a payout for your account before the scheduled payout date happens.
Click the green Trigger Payout button to trigger a payout immediately. If there are any available funds to be paid out, WinRed will issue a payout at midnight on the next available business morning.
