How to use the WinRed dashboard

Updated over a year ago

The WinRed Dashboard is an information management tool that visually tracks and displays key performance stats of an organization’s donation and recurring subscription growth. You can filter between past week, month to date, previous month, previous quarter, year to date, and all time.

Table of Contents

Total Gross Donation Volume

The Total Gross Donation Volume graph highlights new charges (recurring and non-recurring), the average donation amount, and the number of donations.

The Raised, Average, and Donations totals reflect refunds and chargebacks that have been processed.

New Recurring Revenue

The New Recurring Revenue graph displays the value of new donations that have been made recurring. Subsequent recurring charges are not factored into the graph. This shows the value of subscriptions created to date.

Included in this graph, other than displaying the monetary value of new recurring donations, are the following:

  • If a donation is monthly recurring schedule, the graph shows a proportional donation amount increase (1 charge in a month).

  • If a new donation is on a weekly recurring schedule, the graph shows a 4x donation amount increase (4 charges in a month).

  • If an existing subscription recurs, creating a charge, this does not impact the graph.

  • If an existing subscription is canceled, this does not impact the current recurring revenue graph.

Recurring Revenue Growth

The Recurring Revenue Growth graph highlights the total value of subscriptions created and canceled in the given date range.
