How to get a recent donation refunded

Here at WinRed, there are multiple ways you can request refunds for mistaken donations. It is important to note that refund requests made within the last 6 days can be directed to WinRed, while donations older than 6 days need to be addressed with the respective campaigns.

Fill out the Contact Form

You can head here, https://winred.com/contact/, to fill out a contact form to request a refund, cancel a subscription, or get assistance with a merchandise order.

Our team will then be in contact within 1 -3 business days. Refunds processed by WinRed typically deposit into your account within 5-10 business days.

Refund Eligibility and Timelines

  1. For Donations Made Within the Last 6 Days

    • Refund requests can be submitted directly to WinRed for donations that were completed within the last 6 days. Requests after this timeframe will need to follow a different process.

  2. For Donations Older Than 6 Days and Up to 9 Days

    • If your refund request falls outside the 6-day window but is within 9 days of the donation, you must contact the specific campaign to which the donation was made. WinRed does not retain these donations; they are processed and passed directly to campaigns.

You can email us at donations@winred.com to request a refund, cancel a subscription, or get assistance with a merchandise order.

Chat Us

You can also request a refund through the chat feature at http://winred.com/. To begin a chat, click on the circle icon in the bottom right-hand corner. Then, a menu should appear with the option to refund a donation or cancel a subscription. If the donation or subscription is not found, you can also chat with a live agent.

Call Us

You can call us at 1-855-922-1776, and you will need to provide some information, such as your card number, to request a refund with our automated system via the phone.
