How to get a recent donation refunded

Here at WinRed there are multiple ways donors can request refunds for mistaken donations up to 60 days after the initial donation date.

Call Us

Donors can call us 1-855-922-1776 and they will need to provide some information such as their card number to request a refund with our automated system via the phone.

Chat Us

Donors can also request a refund through the chat feature found at http://winred.com/. To begin a chat you'll click on the circle icon found in the bottom right-hand corner. Then a menu should appear with the options refund a donation or cancel a subscription. Donors also have the ability to chat with a live agent if they cannot find their donation here.

Donors can also head here: https://winred.com/contact/, will be taken to a form where you will fill out the following:

You can request a full or partial refund for a donation made. After requesting the refund, please allow 5-10 days for the funds to settle back into your account.ย 

Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email notifying you!
