Here at WinRed there are multiple ways donors can request refunds for mistaken donations up to 60 days after the initial donation date.

Call Us

Donors can call us 1-855-922-1776 and they will need to provide some information such as their card number to request a refund with our automated system via the phone. However, there are also live agents available to assist as well.

Chat Us

Donors can also request a refund through the chat feature found at http://winred.com/. To begin a chat you'll click on the circle icon found in the bottom right-hand corner. Then a menu should appear with the options refund a donation or cancel a subscription. Donors also have the ability to chat with a live agent if they cannot find their donation here.

You can request a full or partial refund for a donation made. After requesting the refund, please allow 5-10 days for the funds to settle back into your account. 

Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email notifying you!
