Our team will then be in contact within 1 -3 business days.

You can email us at donations@winred.com to request a refund, cancel a subscription, or get assistance with a merchandise order.
Chat Us
You can also request a refund through the chat feature at http://winred.com/. To begin a chat, click on the circle icon in the bottom right-hand corner. Then, a menu should appear with the option to refund a donation or cancel a subscription. If the donation or subscription is not found, you can also chat with a live agent.
Call Us
You can call us at 1-855-922-1776, and you will need to provide some information, such as your card number, to request a refund with our automated system via the phone.
