If you have deactivated your account and would like to re-access it, you can reactivate it by using our reclaim account form. This form also works if you have been making donations without an account and want to create one that includes your past donation history.
Reclaim Account
First, navigate to our Reclaim Account Form. There, you can enter your email address and click reclaim.
Note: You must be logged out of your account for this to appear on the form. If you are still logged in, you will receive the error pictured below when attempting to access the page.
If you want to log out of your WinRed account, you can use this link. This will log you out of your profile across the platform.
Now that you are logged out, visit the form, and this menu will display. Enter your email address and select the Reclaim Account button to begin the process.
Once you have clicked the Reclaim Account button, check your email for a secure link to access your temporary account. From there, you will create a new password, and your account will be active again!
You can now login anytime and see your donation history, manage your subscriptions, and update your payment information.
Note: Donations are tied to your email address. Reclaiming your account will only see donations tied to that email address. If you do not see your donations, try using another email address.
