For help with updating your browser, check out this guide.

Make Sure You Have the Correct Payment Method

If you are logged into your WinRed donor account, head here to update your credit card.

You can also click into the ellipses while on the donation page and select “Update Credit Card”.

If you are not logged in, double-check the card number, expiration date, and the CVC of the card you have inputted.

Logout of WinRed Account

When you are logged into your donor account, you will see your profile email and the last four of your credit card on the donation page. It will look like this:

If you are showing as logged in but having issues updating the payment method, try logging out altogether and making a new donation.

Note: any donations created while not signed into your WinRed account will not be associated with your profile.

Clicking this link will force you to log out of your WinRed donor account, and you can attempt your donation again.

Use an Incognito Window

Try loading the webpage in a private tab, also known as an incognito window.

Chrome: Click the top right ellipses icon, and then ‘New Incognito Window'.
Check out this link for more information

Safari: Go to the top left Menu, Click File, then ‘New Private Window'.
