Leads are created when supporters sign a petition, sign up to volunteer through a volunteer upsell, or abandon the donation page after entering their name and email address.

Leads can come from Abandoned Cart, Petitions and Volunteer upsell sign-ups.
Types of Leads
An Abandoned Cart is a lead that entered their first and last name and their email on a donation page before abandoning the page. WinRed keeps track of these leads for you and automatically follows up with them 30 minutes after they drop off the donation page with a reminder email to finish their donation.
Leads generated from the Volunteer Upsell are created when users within your account are signing up and interacting with your Volunteer Upsell but have yet to donate financially to your campaign.
Petition leads are individuals that sign your petition pages. You'll be able to learn more about creating a petition page here.
You can download your leads by filtering the date and source. Click on the Filter button to the left of the Download button.
This will then send a report of the leads from the specific petition page to your email inbox.
