ACH Payments can be enabled by reaching out to the WinRed team by clicking the chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. WinRed allows you to accept these payments at a rate of .8%, capped at $5 per transaction.
Once you've reached out to our team and enabled it for you, you'll be able to add it yourself. This is done on a page-by-page basis.
How to Enable it on your Donation Pages
Click on the Pages tab and then the My Pages sub-tab. From there, click on the page you want to enable ACH on and go to the Advanced tab.
Once you toggle it to Yes, you will see this.

First, you will need to select your Default Payment Method. This determines which payment option should be displayed to the donor first. Credit Card is the default option, but it can be set to ACH.
Next, there will be a list of action items to complete in order to save the page:
A page password is required
The minimum donation amount is $100.00
Recurring donation opt-ins need to be disabled
Upsell Flows need to be removed
Once all changes have been made, the circles will turn green like this:
When a donor visits a landing page that has ACH Payments enabled, they will be required to enter the Routing Number, Account Number, and Confirm Account Number before their donation can be processed.
