Low Inventory Emails will alert you when a product's inventory is running below the low threshold.
Depleted Inventory Emails will alert you when a product reaches zero.
Low and Depleted Inventory Email Notifications can be used to track bulk purchase items. If a user has 100 items, an email notification will be sent when the product reaches the low inventory amount set within the product. A separate email notification will be sent whenever the inventory is depleted and reaches zero remaining.
Setting up the Low and Depleted Inventory Notification
Click the green + Create Notification button to add Low Inventory and/or Depleted Inventory notification.
The next page will allow you to set Notification Notes, Manage Recipients, and and select the Notification Type.
Fill out the Notification Notes section with a brief description of what this email notification is for and why it was created.
Click Add Recipient to add an email(s) to receive the alert.
Next, under Notification Filter Options check off the Low Inventory and/or Depleted Inventory options to opt-in.
Once saved, the inventory notification is successfully set up!
