How to review transfers from WinRed to your bank account

On a Vendor account, the Accounting tab is where you can view all the paid and pending transfers from WinRed to your associated bank account. The funds that are sent as transfers are a result of adding Bill-Pays on clients' pages and upsells.

Vendor transfers will include donations that have cleared (typically 2 business days after the donation process). However, refunds and disputes clear immediately, which may cause a pending transfer to be negative until donations begin to clear.

View Transfers

Navigate to the Transfers subtab, which will show you a breakdown of each transfer. See the example below.

This menu includes the Status, Process Date, Transactions, and Transfer Amount.

Status

The status of the transfer and will be displayed as either Paid or Pending.

Process Date

The date that the transfer was processed from WinRed to the Vendor. This will be blank if the transfer has a status of Pending.

Transactions

The total count of all transactions associated with the transfer. This includes all donations, refunds, and disputes where the Vendor has a Bill-Pay present.

Transfer Amount

The total amount of the transfer from WinRed to the Vendor

You can click on the specific transfer to view its details. After selecting a transfer, you will see the menu pictured below.

Each Transfer has two sections, Transfer Amount Details, and Transfer Details. The first section, Transfer Amount Details, will include the following; Vendor Earned, Refunds, Disputes, and Net Transfer Amount.

Vendor Earned

The total of all Bill-Pay Fees for this transfer.

Refunds

The total of all Bill-Pay Fees associated with refunded donations for this transfer.

Disputes

The total of all Bill-Pay Fees associated with disputed donations for this transfer.

Transfer Amount

The total amount of the full transfer.

The second section, Transfer Details, will provide an overview of the associated bank account where the transfer was sent. Only admin users are able to see this view.

Here you will able to view the Status, Estimated Arrival/Processed, Statement Descriptor, and Bank Account.

Status

The status of the transfer from WinRed to the Vendor's Bank; will display either as Paid or Pending.

Estimated Arrival/Processed

Pending transfers will show the date on which the transfer is Estimated to Arrive in the Vendor's Bank. In contrast, a Paid transfer will show the date on which the transfer was completed from WinRed to the Vendor's Bank.

Statement Descriptor

What will show on the Vendor's Bank Statement for the transfer. This is only applicable to transfers with a status of Paid.

Bank Account

The account details to which the transfer was made from WinRed to the Vendor. This will only appear for transfers in a Paid status.

Download a Report

Click into your transfers tab, here there are two types of reports you can download.

is an entire history of all transfers made to your account by clicking the blue download button in the right-hand corner.

Click here to view an example of this report.

The second type of report can be found by clicking into an individual transfer and selecting the blue download report button. This report will provide a breakdown of the transfers, which includes all the donations and donor information that compose the transfers.
