On WinRed, you can search your account for existing products to find the specific item you are looking for.
What You Can Search With
You can filter and search by product name, variant name, and SKU. Select the Merchandise tab and then the Products subtab to view your product list.
The product name is the public name used for a product and is only viewable to donors on storefronts or donation pages. The variant name will be visible to donors in the order email confirmation. SKUs are not publicly viewable, both of these can be viewed by selecting a product and then scrolling to the bottom of the page.
Apply a Filter to your Search
Head back to the Products tab to filter and search. You will see all the products created on the account.
Navigate to the Search Product bar next to the green Create New Product button on the right-hand side.
You can filter or search for a product by its name, variant name, or SKU. Select the filter button next to the search and input how you would like to filter.
The following filter options are available.
Date Created | View products by the date they were added to the account |
Fulfillment House | View products by fulfillment house |
Product Price | Filter products by price |
Product Storefront Status | Filter to view products that are live or not live on the storefront |
Product Category | Filter by the type of product. The following options are available.

To search for a product, input the product name, variant name, or SKU within the search bar.
Exact Match
To find a specific product, enter the product or variant's full name in quotation marks in the search bar.
For example, input "American Flag Pin" in the search bar to find the specific product.
Contains Match
If a product is searched by a name without quotation marks, any product that contains the name will then appear. For example, if the product name contains Membership Cards, a search would return all products associated with that name.
