How to Activate your Storefront Settings

The Storefront is a virtual campaign store used to promote a candidate’s merchandise and is another way of optimizing small-dollar donations.

Activate Storefront

To activate your Storefront, click the Merchandise tab and then the Storefront Settings sub-tab. Click the green Activate Storefront button to enable your Storefront.

Customize the Storefront

Once you've started to create your Storefront, you will see the following tabs:

Create Products

Once the Storefront has been activated, you will need to create products to offer to your donors.

You can either create products in our self-service catalog or directly in WinRed.

If you want to use our print-on-demand service, set up your products in the catalog. Click here to learn more about product creation using the self-service catalog.

If you already have SKUs from a merchandise vendor, set up your products on WinRed. Click here to learn more about product creation using WinRed.

Our team will alert you once we are in the process of setting up your items and again once your products are live on your storefront.

Report Merchandise Fees

Merchandise Fees consist of the product and shipping cost taken out of the donation for ordered items. To learn how to report them, view this article here.
