Frequently asked questions about merchandise gifts for your donation

Can I return or exchange my order?

Transactions made on a campaign store or donation page are considered a gift for your contribution(s) and are not transactions for the purchase of goods.

  • If you would like a refund on a donation that qualified for a gift offer and the gift has already shipped, you will be refunded once your gift is returned to the sender.

  • If you would like a refund on a donation that qualified for a gift offer and the gift has not already shipped, you will be refunded in full at the time of your request.

  • We do not offer any partial returns or refunds if there are multiple items included in one order.

  • We do not offer exchanges for any gifts received for your donation.

    • If you received the incorrect gift or if your item arrived damaged, we will happily send a replacement upon receiving photo proof of the incorrect/damaged item received.

Can I change my shipping address?

As long as your order has not yet shipped, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us at Orders@WinRed.com to request a shipping address update.

Where is my order?

Once your donation for the gift offer has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email which means your product will go into production within the next 3 - 5 business days. When your product has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information. Personalized items will take longer for production.

Gifts will typically ship within 7 - 10 business days. This timeframe can vary by item and demand. You may reach out to orders@winred.com to request a status update.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If the tracking information shows your package as delivered to the correct address but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. Once a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to offer replacements or file claims on your behalf. The carrier can assist in locating your package or resolving the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your gift and receive a refund on your donation, please contact Orders@WinRed.com
